This upscale villa offers elegant interiors, an expansive outdoor living space, access to a saltwater community pool, and complimentary Seabrook Island Club amenity cards.

The sun-filled living area is designed with an abundance of natural light through the surrounding sliding glass doors, stylish furnishings, and a comfortable sofa. Sliding glass doors open to a wraparound deck with a screened porch offering plenty of seating, as well as an open-air, shaded space where you can unwind with serene golf course views.

The full kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials for cooking at home. The designated dining space offers plenty of room with seating for four.

This villa comfortably sleeps up to four guests. The primary bedroom offers a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom with custom tile, a spacious vanity, and a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed and access to a full bath with a glass shower.

Live Oak Villas Seabrook are in the quiet Hidden Oak neighborhood alongside the Crooked Oaks Golf Course, near the Seabrook Island Club and Camp St. Christopher nature trails, and a short walk or bike ride to the beach and club pool.

Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways.

Pool Access: Community Pool for Live Oak Villas. Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and is available with this villa. Additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool.

Beach Access: A short walk or bike ride to the beach at boardwalk 9.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this property.

Fireplace: The fireplace(s) in this home are not available for guest use.

Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 2.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
