The space

Set within Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta in Flamingos, this entire condo accommodates up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms with 5 beds and 2.5 baths. The layout offers room to gather as well as space to unwind, making it well-suited for both families and groups. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the interior comfortable, while Wifi and a dedicated workspace allow you to stay connected when needed. A private entrance and elevator access add ease throughout your stay, with 24-hour building staff supporting a smooth arrival.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms with 5 beds provide flexibility for up to 9 guests. Thoughtful touches like bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades help create a restful environment after a day by the water. A crib and Pack ’n play/Travel crib are available for younger guests.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen gives you the freedom to cook and dine at your own pace, whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast before heading out or sharing a relaxed dinner together. A dining table, coffee maker, and wine glasses make it easy to settle into daily routines between beach outings and time at the pool.



Outdoor living & amenities

Beach access places the shoreline within easy reach, while a shared outdoor pool - heated and infinity - offers another way to cool off between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM. The outdoor space includes a patio or balcony, a backyard, and outdoor furniture for open-air moments throughout the day. Guests also have access to resort facilities, along with a hot tub, sauna, and gym. Bikes and a kayak invite you to explore the surrounding area, and beach essentials are available for time by the water.



Entertainment & family features

Time at home can be just as enjoyable, with a TV, ping pong table, and pool table for shared downtime. Families will find practical features such as children’s books and toys, children’s dinnerware, and window guards, along with access to a children’s playroom and playground nearby.



Additional comforts

Washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and clothing storage support longer stays, while free parking garage on premises and free street parking make coming and going simple. Luggage dropoff allowed and cleaning available during stay add flexibility, helping you make the most of your time on the coast.

Here are some points to take into account:



1) The apartment has a guest capacity.

The maximum capacity of the unit integrates adults, children and babies, since according to the rules of the condominium all count equally.

The platform as such does not charge for babies under 2 years old, nor does it count them in the total capacity, so we ask that you personally take this into account to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive at the condominium.



2) It is important to point out that the maximum capacity is _9_ people, being guest number _9_ a minor under 15 years old.



3) The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.





-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._4_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Peninsula is characterized by its beautiful ocean view where you can enjoy the sunset.

As a guest of Del Mar, you will also enjoy a wide variety of additional services and amenities, such as beach access, swimming pool, restaurants and free Wi-Fi connection in the accommodations.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.

This apartment has only one parking space.

Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.
