We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform pest control before and after every reservation. However, due to the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible for insects to appear during your stay. We offer additional pest control at no extra cost during your stay if needed. Important Note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items left in the accommodation. IMPORTANT: Please remember that it is essential NOT to throw any paper into the toilet, including toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided trash bags so you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future issues. At the moment, the listing photos are not updated; some items shown may look different upon arrival. The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay. The nightly rate shown is the base price, which covers 1 to 4 guests; each additional guest will incur an extra charge of approximately $15 USD per person per night. The accommodation has a capacity of 5 guests, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children or babies in the capacity, but the condominium does, so it is necessary to include the exact number of guests when booking, including adults, children, and babies. No visitors allowed. No pets allowed. Sheets and towels are not changed during the stay. Amenities provided are intended to last one night only. We currently do not provide oil, salt, or pepper. The basic kitchen items provided are tools, not consumables. The grill has an additional cost and is subject to availability. It must be reserved 24 hours in advance. Parking is subject to availability. We are an environmentally conscious company; we appreciate your support in using electricity responsibly. Please note that Nuevo Vallarta is a developing area, so there may be nearby construction causing noise during the day. Maintenance and administration of the condominium’s common areas are not managed by Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. Electricity Consumption Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity included in your stay is calculated based on the vacation season in which you book and the number of bedrooms in your unit. You will receive the total number of kWh included in your stay once your reservation is confirmed. Each additional kWh will have an extra cost of 5 pesos. The balance is based on the initial and final meter readings.

Each bedroom includes bed linens, clothing storage, room-darkening shades, and a safe. Extra pillows and blankets are available, and a mosquito net adds another layer of comfort. A fully equipped kitchen gives you the option to prepare meals with ease, supported by the appliances and essentials provided. An outdoor kitchen and BBQ grill expand your cooking options, and beach essentials are ready whenever you head toward the shoreline.

Living spaces

You’ll have WiFi, an ethernet connection, a dedicated workspace, and a TV, making it simple to balance relaxation with any work you choose to bring along. Air conditioning and heating help maintain a comfortable environment year-round. Families will find thoughtful conveniences including a crib, pack ’n play/travel crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, window guards, board games, children’s bikes, and babysitter recommendations.

Bathrooms
Both bathrooms include walk-in showers, bathroom essentials, hot water, and mirrored vanities. An outdoor shower offers a refreshing option after returning from the pool or beach.

A private entrance leads into this single level home with no stairs, and elevator access is available with wide doorways and a deep cabin. Free parking on premises and free street parking make arrival simple. Self check-in with a keypad adds flexibility, and luggage dropoff is available for early arrivals or late departures. Long term stays are welcome.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
