• Outdoor lounge furniture and BBQ are available April 1 - Oct 31. They are in storage during the winter.

• Children must be supervised
• Absolutely no diving – pool is shallow
• Mechanical room is off-limits

We keep things simple & easy. We do not ask our guests to clean and do not have a chore list prior to check-out.

To ensure the safety of our guests, neighbors and community, you must agree to the following house rules. The below rules also help to ensure tranquility in the community as well as a clean home for all future guests to enjoy.

◆ Absolutely no parties or events.

◆ Outside quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. NO music in the backyard after 9pm out of consideration for the neighbours.

◆ Max capacity is 10 persons including visitors. The total amount of guests and visitors cannot exceed 10 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking.

◆ This is a NON SMOKING property.

◆ No shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene.

◆ No pets.
