For a combined total of 8,500 square feet and room for you and 50 other people. All homes boast a private pool and spa, as well quick access to Disney (18 min).

For your convenience, we have the following items available for rent (please ask us for prices): BBQ Grill / XL BBQ (4 Burners) / Pac N Play Crib / Full-Size Crib / High Chair / Rollaway Bed / Single Stroller / Double Stroller / Single Jogger Stroller / Child Gate / Car seat / Baby Bed Rail / Tub of Toys / Transport wheelchairs (They have a safety belt, a 19" wide seat, and can transport up to 300 pounds).

External Area: In the back of both homes you'll find a large private pool with screen enclosure and mesh safety fence. Covered lanais and ample patio furniture, including patio tables with chairs and comfy loungers, let you use the pool deck as extra living space for casual outdoor meals, socializing, or the best thing to do by the pool - nothing at all! The pools make great ways to cool off after a long day at the parks, while giving the kids a great way to burn off energy. And best of all, they provide hours of pre-paid entertainment included in the price of your rental.All homes feature Roku TV and high-speed wireless internet free of charge.

Pool Heat (We would recommend adding pool heat, for a daily cost, to your reservation between the months of November and April). NOTE: If the temperature falls below 50 degrees, the heating unit may not heat the pool adequately and may shut down. The pool will only heat approximately 10-15 degrees above the outside temperature during the cold months (If pool heat was not ordered and paid for 24 hours prior to arrival date, allow 24 (plus) hours for the pool to be fully heated. Heating times will take longer in colder temperatures.
