Welcome to Plazzo del Mar, a grand and colorful colonial residence located in the very heart of Old San Juan, Puerto Rico’s most iconic and historic neighborhood. This is not just a place to stay — it’s a true experience of Caribbean history, architecture, and culture.

This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests, with the following bedding arrangement:
• 1 King bed
• 3 Queen beds
• 2 Twin beds
• 1 Sofa bed (suitable for 1 adult)

You’ll find 6 separate AC units and ceiling fans throughout the property to keep each room cool and comfortable.

The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, coffee maker, fridge, stove, and everything else needed for extended stays or home-cooked meals.

We want all our guests to enjoy a comfortable, respectful, and memorable stay at Plazo del Mar. To help preserve the charm and peaceful nature of the home and neighborhood, please follow these house rules:
• 🚭 No Smoking Anywhere Inside the Home
This is a 100% smoke-free property. A $500 fine will be applied if smoking is detected indoors.
• 🔇 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please respect our neighbors and the historic nature of Old San Juan. No loud music, noise, or parties are permitted after 10 PM.
• 🚫 No Parties or Events
This property is for registered guests only. Outside visitors are not allowed unless approved in advance.
• 🧼 Keep the Home Clean and Respectful
Please treat the space as if it were your own. Remove trash, avoid spills, and report any damages immediately.
• 🛏️ Only Registered Guests May Stay Overnight
No unregistered guests are permitted to stay the night.
• 🧯 Do Not Leave Cooking Unattended
For your safety and the safety of our historic home, please monitor the kitchen while in use.
