Welcome to your ultimate beachside retreat, The Beach Bungalow, on Hutchinson Island! This beautifully renovated property feature 3-bedroom, 1-bath in main house, plus a separate one bedroom, one bath guest suite with its own entrance. Maximum 6 persons. Additional guests would need to be discussed with owner and an additional $35. per night per person will be added. The home is just 2 blocks from the famous Fort Pierce Jetty, pristine beaches, and fantastic coastal dining—perfect for relaxing walks and stunning sunrises.

Enjoy your own private saltwater pool (NOT HEATED), outdoor grill, and fire pit, all set within lush, fully fenced landscaping—an ideal oasis to relax, entertain, and soak up the sunshine.

- Non-smoking property. You must go outside the property to smoke. A separate rental agreement is required to be signed at your arrival. It can be revised before arrival upon request. The owner will do a walk through the property with the renter at their convenience before their departure to assure both parties that the property has no damage. Access instructions will be provided once the agreement has been signed.

Additional conveniences include a spacious circular driveway with ample parking, along with plenty of space for your boat, with a marina just half a mile away.
