☆☆THE NEIGHBORHOOD ☆☆

✹Surfside Drive is located on South Hutchinson Island in Fort Pierce, Florida. The dead-end street is located in a quiet neighborhood with private beach access. Nearby (0.4 miles) Jaycee Park has a huge playground, basketball court, tennis courts, and a clean beach with calm water - perfect for the kids! Hutchinson Island is known for its beautiful, uncrowded beaches, excellent surfing, local and state parks, and a laid back/island vibe. On the island, within a short car or bike ride, there are many indoor and outdoor restaurants with something for everyone!

✹Outside of the beaches, there is plenty to do including aquariums, museums, and shopping. Fort Pierce is 15 minutes away on the mainland, and it's known as the Sunrise City. It is one of the oldest communities on the east coast of Florida and features many historical landmarks. The downtown/Main Street area has many locally owned restaurants, shops, live music venues, and a famous farmer's market that occurs each Saturday - 70+ vendors, food, and live music right on the water!

✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, local police will be called.
✹This is a quiet neighborhood, and in the event of a disturbance, neighbors will call the police.
✹Given all of the amenities offered with the home (i.e. Swim Spa, Playset, Bikes, Surfboards, Kayaks, Paddleboards, etc.), guests will be required to electronically sign a short, simple rental agreement and liability waiver. Thank you for your understanding!
✹A maximum of two, small (<30 lbs) dogs are allowed. Pets MUST be kept off the leather furniture (I provide dog beds), $100 pet fee per pet (this goes directly to my cleaner), and PLEASE pick up after your dog. We love traveling with our dog, and when we do, we are always respectful of the property owner's pet rules. I kindly ask that you do the same.
✹CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
>PLEASE NOTE: In the event you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
