Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera system, actively monitoring the home’s entryway.

• No dogs allowed.

• Please be considerate and observe residential quiet hours starting at 11:00 PM.



Guests have access to all outdoor resort amenities including pools, hot tubs, beach area, pier, and recreational courts.

Access to the clubhouse building and all indoor amenities (including fitness center, business center, and front desk services) is NOT included.

Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away.
