Hello Melissa Thank you for your review of "Excellent property" The listing does not state access to the fitness center. As for the fitness center use , "The Awesome Twosome Rentals" are privately owned and self managed, therefore the use of the fitness center is not included in the rental. Only rentals managed by Vacasa the property manager on site are given the use of the Vacasa-owned fitness center. Perhaps in the future there maybe a small fee for it's use according to Vacasa. Hello Wisconsin Since your last visit, the dishwasher you mended I ended up installing a new one, thank you for telling us about the shower door ,glad we were able to have it fixed the next day being"New Years Day". We also replaced the livingroom furniture, added a new TV armoire and surround sound. Animal Kingdom will welcome back an Engineer & his wife anytime. Check out our new photos! Coming soon

Hello Al Having extended your stay by 3 nights was pleasing finding the location was good I am happy to agree totally. Happy to hear all was clean, upon arrival. We have a garden tub in the master which is present in all villas and I fully agree that it is too big to fill with hot water. Clothes dryer was working properly prior and after your stay? As for the villa being outdated and bed needing replacement this is the first time I have heard this. I have even had a previous Guests ask me what type of mattress was on the bed to buy for there own home. I have an issue to report to you with your stay, I have never had Guests leave my home in such disarray. Garbage not taken out, spaghettis and sauce all over the wall, dirty piled up dishes left in the sink, TV's left on, food scraps all over the counters the stove top inside the microwave, blankets sprawled all over included on the carpet. Lost and found were insoles from shoes on the carpet, chargers, and dirty Childs under ware. There was a contact lens holder with solution that had been spilt all over the night table and just left there. You may have purchased a damage insurance policy and that they will pay for the property that was damaged. Unfortunately my cleaning staff worked well pasted their regular time in returning it to the state it was in when you arrived. The over and above your departure cleaning fee charged was my responsibility to pay for. Thanks Property Owner Angele
