Three bathrooms with showers and hair dryers ensure convenience. Three patios to relax while watching the river pass by, there’s plenty of room for walks in the large private yard or fish from our banks while enjoying beautiful Iowa summer sunsets. We are two miles on gravel but just off interstate 380. we are conveniently located 30 minutes from Cedar Rapids, 45 minutes to Waterloo & just miles away from Kacena Barn Venue & Walnut Ridge Wedding Venue. We are approximately 17 minutes away from Prospect Meadows ballpark and Epic Center Venue.
