Our charming cottage on elmhurst drive has been completed renovated. It has new siding, windows, window treatments, kitchen, bathrooms and flooring. We have put lots of detailed touches to make this cottage a place that our guests want to come back to time after time. Our home is located on the backside of Mount Mercy college in the heart of a neighborhood that has lots of cute character. You will see that the home is furnished with comfy beds and bedding, new kitchen supplies and wonderfully plush towels for showering. In support of our sustainability efforts, our linen policy includes one towel per registered guest. This helps us reduce water, energy and detergent use.There is a ring camera on the front door.

Wonderful stay - great house and amazing host!The home was spotless, very cutely decorated, and was equipped with everything we needed! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and is only minutes away from downtown Cedar Rapids. Lynnaya is amazing - very friendly, responds quickly and provided clear and detailed instructions! This was such a cute house in a great neighborhood. It was SO clean and had a good amount of amenities. We didn't have wine glasses so we bought a set of 4 and left them there! We highly recommend this place.
