Beautiful property and great location. Our family had a blast. Property is very spacious and the beach access was very close. The beach felt like a private beach. This place is a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend booking.

Nice location and right in the beach. Beach access was nice and not overly crowded but enough families for our kids to make vacation friends. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking items. We would definitely come back!

We were only in town for two nights for a quick trip with family for an event in St. Augustine and everything was wonderful. Place had very easy check in, great beach access and even though not the best weather, we were able to enjoy the pool, the putt putt and sunrise walks on the beach. Highly recommend.

We stayed an entire month and it was perfect. The place was spacious and right off the beach. It was wonderful waking up to the sunrise over the ocean and taking in the view from the balcony every morning. We really enjoyed the private beach access, and proximity to good restaurants. Highly recommend Viola's Italian Restaurant directly across the street. The hosts were very accommodating, friendly, and quick to respond, and had several great recommendations for us to explore in the area. Would love to stay again.

This place needs updated and a really good cleaning. I received several emails prior to our stay on all of the “rules”. We didn’t even use the towels because everything seemed old and limp. The location was nice and the pool was good but the whirlpool tub - ugh- all kinds of black mold came bubbling out. The sheets on the beds were so thin and worn- just needs some investing in the condo.

Our properties are professionally cleaned after every stay, and we are always willing to have them return to address any guest requests. It is difficult to cater to all guest preferences, but we have not had any complaints about towels or sheets in the past. If this guest had reached out during her stay, we would have been happy to help with any concerns, but we didn't hear from her about anything until this review. We are very responsive hosts and the property is a depicted an described.

The condo was a 20 out of 10... beautiful, beautiful and beautiful... The ocean views was amazing. Bedrooms are very spacious. Master bedroom ocean view was breathtaking. The small office space is perfect if you need to tie up any unfinished work. Access to the beach steps away from the property. Communications with host was outstanding. They are truly eager to please. Will definitely recommend this property and will definitely book another stay...

We just wrapped up the most amazing family getaway at this condo/townhouse, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation! The place was even nicer than the photos—clean and beautifully decorated. The main bedroom and patio both offered stunning views of the beach, and waking up to the sunrise every morning was such a treat.We loved how peaceful the neighborhood was, yet it was still super close to all the local attractions. The private beach was a huge plus—it felt exclusive, with only guests from the condos around, so it was never crowded. The pool was always clean, and the other guests were mostly retirees or small families, which added to the relaxed vibe.Our family enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay by an extra night! The host was fantastic—super responsive and easy to communicate with. All in all, it was the perfect mini vacation, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

We loved our time at Sea Haven. The proximity to the ocean and the views were definitely the best things about it. The master bedroom and living room balcony offered unobstructed views of the sea, and you could even hear the waves crashing on the shore when you went to bed each night. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of five. I definitely recommend this place for a perfect beach getaway.
