Vermietung von Samstag bis Samstag in der Hauptsaison.

Diese Wohnung befindet sich in Beach Palms Condominiums, direkt am Golf von Mexiko in Indian Shores, FL. Die Wohnung hat einen Südblick auf den Strand und das Wasser. Beach Palms ist bekanntermaßen sehr gepflegt. Es verfügt über einen großen, beheizten Pool am Golf. Zwei neue Weber-Grills befinden sich am Pool und stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet Blick auf den Golf sowie ein eigenes Bad, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein Kingsize-Bett. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queensize-Bett. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Deckenventilatoren sowie 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Player. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über einen 42-Zoll-Flachbild-HD-TV mit DVD-Player sowie eine Stereoanlage / einen CD-Player. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in voller Größe ist im Gerät vorhanden. Kostenloses WLAN ist im Gerät verfügbar.

Die Wohnung ist mit vielen Extras wie einer Keurig-Maschine, Hochstuhl, Pack-n-Play, Liegestühlen / Sonnenschirm, Strandspielzeug und einem Kühler bestückt. Stühle und Sonnenschirme können täglich oder wöchentlich am Strand gemietet werden.

Im Inneren des Gebäudes befinden sich zwei Aufzüge. Daher sind keine Treppen erforderlich, um diese Wohnung im zweiten Stock zuzugreifen. Dies ermöglicht auch einen einfachen Spaziergang zum Strand. Es gibt einen zugewiesenen, überdachten Parkplatz neben den Westaufzügen.

Diese luxuriöse Wohnung befindet sich in einer großartigen Lage mit vielen lokalen Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Zu den Attraktionen zählen der Splash Harbor Water Park, die Fähre nach Egmont Key, Johns Pass, das Salvador Dali Museum, das Clearwater Aquarium mit dem Delfin im Winter, Outlet-Shopping (Tampa und Ellenton), Disney, Busch Gardens, das Tampa Aquarium und das Hard Rock Casino. Außerdem lieben Kinder Captain Memos Piratenkreuzfahrt und Putt-Putt-Golf. Strand-Yoga-Kurse finden ebenfalls in der Nähe statt. Ein Wagen hält vor dem Gebäude und fährt von Clearwater nach St. Pete.

The condo was clean and well maintained. Beautiful view from the second floor. Being on the second floor was nice as we could easily use the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator. Would definitely come back!

We had a great stay! The condo and amenities are lovely, as pictured. The pool is notably warm (warm enough to walk right in with young children). It was great to have beach chairs and toys, as well as a good high chair and pack and play for our toddler. Also great to have an elevator. There is no damage from the hurricane a few years back. The property is in great shape.

The experience was outstanding! So good that we rebooked already for an additional week next year. The area can't be beat compared to the other areas on the shoreline. The view from this unit is great. The owners kept in contact during our stay even though it wasn't necessary. Everything you would need in the kitchen and for the beach was supplied. The condo was very clean with terrific facilities. Everything is updated. Did I mention the cleanliness, great appliances, and very well equipped kitchen(my wife wanted to make that clear, she was thrilled.) We have been staying in different units in both Beach Palms and other buildings as well as visiting friends that rented elsewhere, none of them are as impressive as this. We will no longer be hunting for a different place to stay each February as long as we can continue to book this unit. Thanks, Jamie

Great Stay!

This property was clean, roomy and had everything needed for a week on the beach. The owner was great to work with and communication was excellent. The pool was clean and never felt crowded and it was a short walk from the pool to the beach. We would definitely look into this property again if visiting the area.

Wonderful stay!

Despite arriving during a tropical storm, we had a great time! The condo was cozy and comfortable, fully stocked! Jamie advised of the dryer not working prior to arrival but had the issue resolved quickly! She was very communicative and responsive! Overall a great place to stay!

The condo was wonderful. They had everything we needed to enjoy the beach from towels to chairs to umbrellas. If we ever head back to Indian Shores, we will surely try to rent this property again!

Fantastic stay ! ! !

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The condo is exactly as the pictures show and was perfect. From walking the beach to Indian Shores coffee in the morning to dinner at the Salt Rock Grill and Sea Breeze we had a wonderful time. Jeff and Susan were very helpful and responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo

This condo was clean, comfortable and very updated. We’ve stayed in several in the area and we liked this one the most. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the whole place was updated. Pool was really warm (we had a few cooler days and the kids were still able to enjoy the pool). Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay at Beach Palms

This was a wonderful property and we will absolutely consider staying again when we are in the area. The unit itself was in great shape, very clean and modern. All of the basics were provided along with many extras - kitchen equipment was well stocked, towels and linens, beach supplies (chairs, toys, towels, etc). We loved the location and the proximity to the beach.

One week of summer fun

The place was very well. Kept all the supplies you needed for the beach and for the pool wonderful owners had a little problem with AC. They fixed it right away overall it was beautiful quiet nice relaxing access to everything. We needed wonderful place to stay.

Great beach condo!!

Our stay was so enjoyable! Checkin was super easy, directions were clear, house was spotless and well stocked, and the view was great. We loved our vacation. We enjoyed the pool and grills. The beach chairs and umbrella were great to have for use on the beach. I highly recommend. We enjoyed Doc Ford’s restaurant and Crabbies on the Pass for meals out. Smuggler’s Cove was a fun putt putt place.

This condominium was perfect for our family. Very specious and beautiful. The beach toys, umbrellas and chairs all provided was a nice treat. We will come back for sure.

Magnificent

Great location , view of the Gulf. Condo very clean and comfortable , well equipped. No issues parking our two vehicles. Owner very responsive to any questions we had. Hope to return in the future.

Condo was perfect! Pool and beach were awesome. A few more bath towels would make for less laundry and plastic dishes for kids would be great. No complaints, everything was great!

Home away from home!

This is the second time that we have rented this condo and it met of all expectations again this year. The condo had everything that we needed for a most enjoyable stay (2 weeks this time). The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The only regret was that we couldn't stay for a 3rd week! We would not hesitate to rent the condo from Jeff and Susan for out next visit.
