The entire house and backyard is open to use. The backyard has a privacy fence going about 15 feet towards Bouldin Creek before it ends. If you have not rented both sides of the property, please be respectful and stick to your side of the fence so as not to disrupt the guests on the other side.

The house is yours to use, and we do not plan to be on site during your stay. Please reach out through the app if you need anything at all.
