This charming cottage is the perfect getaway for families or small groups looking to create unforgettable memories. With two inviting bedrooms—a queen-sized bed in one and twin bunk beds in the other—there’s space for everyone to relax and unwind. Please note : Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
One infant in a pack-and-play may be accommodated in addition to the 4-guest maximum.

After a fun-filled day at your private, swimmable beach, rinse off in the spacious outdoor shower before gathering around the outdoor fireplace. Whether you're roasting marshmallows, stargazing, or sharing stories, this cozy spot is perfect for making magical moments.

Relax & Unwind – Stay cool and comfortable in our fully air-conditioned living area, designed for relaxation. Whether you're enjoying a cozy movie night on the smart TV (with multiple streaming apps available for your own login) or simply unwinding after a day of adventure, this space is yours to enjoy. Step outside to the covered porch—perfect for sharing meals, playing games, or simply taking in the peaceful surroundings with your loved ones.

A Few Things to Note:

While the cottage doesn’t have a washer/dryer, Sunshine Laundry (just 20 minutes away) is a convenient option.

There is no dishwasher, but washing dishes the old-fashioned way can be turned into a fun little family competition!

Our cottage is seasonal and does not have a main heating source. However, space heaters are available to keep you cozy on cooler evenings. We recommend checking the average temperatures for your stay.

Our lake house offers a unique experience with rates that adjust according to the season, ensuring you enjoy the best of our location year-round. Each season brings its own charm, and our pricing reflects the demand and amenities available during those times. During the summer you have access to the lake for swimming, sunbathing, and kayaking if you have one. During the autumn season you can enjoy the fall foliage and leaf peeping!

Mindful Water Use – Our cottage is an older home with lakeside plumbing, so to keep everything running smoothly, we kindly ask guests to flush only when necessary. Absolutely no female sanitary products should be flushed.

Cleaning & Linens – A cleaning fee covers the property turnover after your stay. If you're staying longer than a week and would like fresh linens, let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you (additional charge applies).

Parking – Our crushed stone driveway accommodates up to two cars. To preserve the space and maintain easy access, please avoid pulling all the way forward when parking. Thank you!

Security Cameras – For your safety and peace of mind, security cameras are located at the driveway and back door.

Grill & Propane
A grill and propane tank are provided for outdoor cooking. If the propane runs out during your stay, guests are responsible for refilling it. Shaw’s Supermarket, just a few miles away, offers convenient propane swaps.

For your convenience, a grill is available for use. We kindly ask that you respect other guests by keeping the grill cleaned after use. While we provide the grill, it may not always be cleaned between uses, and we do not hold our cleaner responsible for its condition. If needed, please give the grill a quick scrub before use. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining it.
