50 Minuten von Boston entfernt, geräumiges, zweistöckiges Sommerhaus, ruhig, am Wasser gelegen, für 12 Personen, ideal für große Familien oder zwei Familien, die von einem 50-Fuß-Pier oder einem Floß mit Paddelboot schwimmen. Großer Grill, 2 Picknicktische, Feuerstelle, viel Platz für Badminton oder Hufeisen. Die Lage hat viel zu bieten, Restaurants, 1,6 km von Zorvinos Weingut entfernt (Führungen, Verkostungen und Abendessen), 2 große Golfplätze, 7 bis 15 min.(Golfakademie & Putting Green ganzjährig geöffnet) 20 min. vom Canobie Lake Vergnügungspark, Tax Free Einkaufszentrum, große Kegelbahn, Minigolf. Teich wird natürlich mit Schwimmen und Fischen direkt vor der Haustür gefüttert. Der See hat viele Fische zu fangen - darunter: Barsch, Pickerel und Wels! Yard groß genug, um Hufeisen zu spielen oder ein Wiffelballspiel zu haben! Große Feuerstelle ist ideal zum Braten von Marshmallows, um Gerüche zu machen! Bettwäsche und Bettzeug inklusive! This is our 2nd year at Camp Pickles and it was wonderful!! It was perfect place for our family of 5 adults, 2 grand children and our 2 small dogs. The owners have thought of so many things to make the week easy and carefree. The kitchen is well stocked with paper products, utensils and cookware. Ample supply of linens / towels including beach towels. The large fenced in lawn was perfect for our dogs and lawn games. Fishing, swimming and kayaking was great! Although pond is weedy, the area around dock is not and so easy for the grand children to swim. Such a great stay. Hope to be back next year.

Simply Perfect! My family and I (5) were looking for something clean and cozy, with water access and water toys, and also dog friendly. This is not easy to come by when my husband showed me the listing of Camp Pickles I knew it would be the perfect vacation spot for our family.As soon as we pulled up, the view you see once you get out of the car is spectacular and you are instantly relaxed. But upon walking inside is where you experience the nostalgia and love that has built this home to be what it is. This place is so special.Our kids spent every day on the dock, swimming, paddling, and fishing. We enjoyed fires every night. Every bedroom was clean and so comfortable, and we could not believe the amount of space that was upstairs!Jonna’s communication was excellent leading up to and during our stay! We cannot wait to return next year.

Perfect Family Get Together!

Family members from both the west and east coasts were reunited here and enjoyed each other's company in this beautiful, tranquil setting. Some of us swam, paddled and fished. Others read books while relaxing and soaking in the views. We all enjoyed home cooked meals prepared in the well equipped kitchen. The location feels like it's rural and private but all the amenities we needed were only a few minutes away.

Family Memories

Camp Pickles was the perfect place for a family getaway. The house was cozy and plenty of rooms to accommodate our blended family. The kitchen was huge and great for making meals or just hanging out catching up with each other. The outside was amazing! The fenced in yard was great for the dog and it was huge. Plenty of room for everyone to sit; the picnic tables were great. The fire pit next to the water was definitely a little piece of heaven at sunset. The family and I can't wait to go back!

A lovely place to vacation

This was a very nice rental. Lots of beds, parking and space to relax. We liked that it was quiet, but was only 10 minutes from restaurants and a grocery store and less than 20 minutes from lots of other stores. Easy to get to, nice neighbors and the pond was great! The fenced in backyard and the paddle-boat were both great assets. The homeowners were very pleasant and responsive. O'Neill Cinema and Candia Adventure Park were only 30 minutes away, and the ocean was about 45 minutes away. We'd definitely rent this house again.

Wonderful Lake Vacation

My family had the most wonderful week at Camp Pickles. The owner was great and communicated well. The camp had a very spacious kitchen with all the things you would need. My grandchildren (age 5&6) love the little nook for games and arts and crafts. The outside fenced in yard was so helpful for our 2 dogs. Very gradual sandy waterfront close to the dock. The kids love swimming and jumping in. Loved the out door fridge in the storage building. Kept from going in and out of camp. There were so many things that made Camp Pickles an ideal place for our family. We hope to be back next year.

Relaxing sunny weekend

Our family had a wonderful stay at Camp Pickles. We spent a ton of time outside getting sun on the Adirondack chairs and paddle boat and eating dinner at sunset at the picnic tables, it was perfect! It was nice to have cable TV too so we could watch sports at night together. The bedrooms were spacious and clean and we all slept well. We had a really fun time at Zorvino's winery which is very close by and has patio seating that is dog friendly. There is a Hannaford's and Walgreens <5 minutes away which was good for last minute ingredients. Jonna and the Willis family were perfect hosts, making sure we had all of our questions answered before we arrived. Thank you so much!

Great house and waterfront

We enjoyed our week at 'Camp Pickles'. We were very comfortable in the cottage and had lots of fun on the lake. Our dogs learned to swim from the shore and even wanted to fetch and explore. It was fun taking out the kayaks and paddleboat, hanging out on the dock and swimming to the swim dock. Everything in the cottage kitchen was clean, well-organized and in great condition. We had all we needed. The rooms were full of nooks where people could sit together, watch tv, dine or read and check in at work. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. In the evenings we enjoyed the campfire. One evening we had a wonderful dinner at Zorvino's winery. The owners have thought of everything to make our stay wonderful.

Great for a family getaway

Just returned from a great vacation with my family at this lovely home. There was more than enough space for our six adults + one small dog. Between the enjoying the adirondack chairs looking out at the lake, riding along in the paddleboat plus the kayaks we brought along, swimming off the dock, and enjoying the grill & an evening fire, we had everything we needed and didn't feel like we were *missing* the excursions we might normally do if we weren't dealing with COVID. Sunny spot but could find shade during a hot afternoon. The sunsets were awesome every night. Enjoyed watching the ducks swim by, also had heron and eagle sightings. The kitchen was well appropriated, including plenty of containers for leftovers (small thing but big deal when you're there for a week!). We enjoyed playing family games on the big dining table that looks out at the lake. Jonna was very responsive when we had questions before and during our stay. You'll be happy if you pack some slippers to pad around the house in, and water shoes are always a nice to have when you're at the lake :) We'll look forward to a return trip!

Fall family get away

Camp Pickles was a perfect fit for our family vacation of 6 adult couples. Two of the bedrooms have multiple full and twin beds which was fine for the younger adult couples. There is two other bedrooms with queen beds. We go away every year, unfortunately, our usual spot was not an option this year due to Covid-19. This property is a gem! The family can't stop talking about all the positives. Kitchen-fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee pot and washing machine. The large island with 6 stools allowed some family to gather while the others were cooking. Dining/living room-has a cute breakfast nook that could sit up to 4 and the large dining room table made it comfortable for the majority of us to sit together. Comfortable for 6-8 to play cards or other board games. Bath-one full upstairs and half on main level. Given the amount of adults it was nice to have the two options esp. when someone is taking a shower. Towels are provided. Outside-propane grill, 2 picnic tables, fenced in backyard and large fit pit! The "cottage" outside is an added bonus with a radio, small fridge and cooler. Firewood is for sale near the grocery store. We enjoyed many hours relaxing by the camp fire. We brought our own corn hole game and outdoor chairs. Some of the family went to lunch at Jamison's on check in day. They raved about their meals! Compared to our usual site, where we bring our own linens and towels, it was so nice to leave the laundry behind. Jonna was helpful leading up to our stay and responsive to questions during our stay. After talking amongst the family, this might be our new annual, fall vacation spot due to how well it fit our family needs!

We had a wonderful week at camp pickles swimming, relaxing, barbecueing, and having good fun. Communication with Jonna was fabulous. There is lots of space for a large family and our dogs loved being in the fenced in backyard. Will be returning!

Great family vacation...

We had a great family vacation thanks to the Willis Family! The house was in a nice location and in great shape with lots of extras most rental properties don't offer.

Charland Family Vacation 2021

It was a great location. the fenced in yard made is wonderful and helpful to keep track of a 2 year old and 3 dogs. We have already booked again for next year. T,he property owner,Jonna, was very accessable and it was a pleasure to actually meet her in person upon our arrival to the property. It is because of her that I truelly wanted to book again.

Family Fun

Camp Pickles is a great family rental. Plenty of things to do on the water, plenty of space, and very comfortable. Our best family vacation so far.

Absolute heaven!

Thank you so much for our wonderful stay! We enjoyed this trip more than any other place we have rented! There was plenty of space, the yard was amazing for wiffle ball, Kan jam, lighting a fire and the fact that it was fenced in made all the difference in the world. Having dogs with us makes the trip stressful but not here with the fence! I could actually relax! Joanna was so attentive and was always ready to answer any questions we had. You can tell how much pride they take in their home and I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone! This was by far our best trip to date! Thank you again!

Just What We Hoped For!

We wanted a little getaway and I found this listing on VRBO. Jonna was so nice and patient in answering all my questions before I even booked the house. The house was very easy to find and when we got there it was clean and looked exactly like the pictures showed. The yard is huge and the backyard is truly peaceful. The sunsets were amazing every night, and the firepit was perfect for once the sun set and it got chilly out. The kitchen had every pot/pan/baking dish I could have needed, loved that there was a coffee pot and a keurig machine (made it so much easier for the 1 person that likes flavored coffee....lol). It was just what we had hoped for - a relaxing and enjoyable week away with the best part being that we were able to bring our dog with us. Thank you Jonna for letting us enjoy your family's house...we'll be back!! Danielle Quinn

This property has been in our family for over 60 years, I was brought up there, our 4 children were brought up there. We only rent it out a few weeks in the summer, when it is not rented our family is enjoying the cottage.
