The main level features an open floor plan encompassing a living area equipped with a Smart TV for streaming your favorite movies or shows. The dining area boasts seating for six at the table and an additional four at the bar, complementing a well-equipped kitchen. A half bath completes this level.



Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom includes a sitting area, desk, and private bathroom. The large ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity, bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo.



The garage accommodates two vehicles, and additional parking for two is available in the driveway.

Additionally, you'll enjoy access to the scenic Wolf Bay, complete with a charming small beach, perfect for launching a kayak, basking in the sun, or simply unwinding while taking in the breathtaking sunrise or sunset.



For convenient beach access, we recommend exploring Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access situated within a short 2-mile radius of this property.
