Welcome to "Sea La Vie" at Summer Salt in Orange Beach!! This BRAND NEW stunning cottage is the perfect vacation destination!
Dog Friendly (max 2). There is $150 pet fee. Guests are responsible for letting host know if fee shall be added to reservation. If dogs are brought to property without being added to reservation, a $250 fee will be applied at checkout.
Additional Sleeping Information:
Each bedroom has their own private en suite.
Bedroom 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 is a bunk bed- Twin on top, double bed on bottom, with a twin trundle (sleeps 4).
Bedroom 3- King Bed
Additional sleeping in living room sleeper sofa.
No partying is allowed. Only guests on booking reservation may enter the cottage AND/OR pool. No outside guests please.
Guests reserving must be 25 years or older to rent and must be in attendance for this property.
Wildlife: Though rarely seen, snakes and alligators are a possibility be seen in southern Alabama and in marshy areas.

Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, we encourage you to read cancellation policy guidelines found in our terms and conditions at the bottom of our website, the credit card fee will not be reimbursed.

You will receive a follow up email after you book and check-in information will be sent a day prior to your stay.
Parking Notes: Maximum three (small) vehicles (no campers) allowed at the property. There are 3 additional parking spaces across from the cottage that is first come first serve.
Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, one dish detergent pod, one load of laundry detergent, one toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per trash can is provided. You will be responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for the duration of your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store to fight the crowds the first night you arrive.
