This spacious 2 story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo boasts high 20+ ft ceilings in the living area to create a spacious feel, with plenty of windows that allow the natural light to come in. This condo sits in an ideal location within the complex. There is an assigned parking spot for this property!

Just a short walk to the pool, yet private and quiet with golf course views from the downstairs lanai and upstairs master lanai. This townhouse style floor plan has no one above or below you.

Master bedroom is upstairs and has a new king bed and brand-new furniture. It has a small veranda that has beautiful views to the golf course. There is an ensuite bathroom with large sunken tub and shower. Bedroom downstairs is spacious and has a new king bed with easy access bathroom shared with the living area. You will love the comfortable furnishings of the living area with a queen sofa sleeper. This property sleeps 6. Each bedroom has its own TV and there is a large TV in the living room.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. There is a table and chairs that seat 4 and the kitchen bar also seats 2. Outside the dining area through sliding glass doors is the lanai table and 4 chairs for additional outside seating in a tropical lush setting.

Close to the best beaches on the Big Island, shopping, restaurants and all the Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer. Enjoy 2 lagoon style pools, spa/hot tub, complimentary play tennis court, fitness room, and outdoor BBQ's.

This property has beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler for guest use.

Pool Policy: Access to the community pools. Please follow the pool rules posted in the unit as well as those posted by the pool area.

To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a starter pack of essential items. Once you use the items included in the pack, you'll need to replenish your supplies. The starter pack contains: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, 5 Laundry Pods, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, 5 Dishwasher Pods, 5 Kitchen Trash Bags, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 1 Sponge.
