Es liegt verkehrsgünstig 18 Meilen nördlich von Kona International Airport in Waikoloa Beach Resort entfernt.

Unsere privaten End-Gerät Villa verfügt über eine der besten Lagen in der Anlage. Es wird auf dem 15. Fairway des Waikoloa Beach Golf Course in der Luxuswohnanlage von Waikoloa Colony Villas.

Diese zweistöckige Villa ist eine End-Gerät mit 17 ft. Decken und schöne Sonnenlicht. Es ist niemand über oder unter Ihnen, so dass Sie sich in einer ruhigen heimelige Atmosphäre mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie benötigen, um einen angenehmen Urlaub haben sich entspannen können. Wir bieten kostenlosen Internet-Service, so dass Sie in Verbindung bleiben können.

Sie werden komfortabel eingerichtet mit einer Insel Flair zu genießen. Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich gestrichen und Vinylboden wurde in den unteren Bereichen installiert. Die Küche verfügt über Granit-Theken, einen neuen Kühlschrank und eine Bosch-Geschirrspülmaschine. Hier finden Sie alles, was Sie zum Essen brauchen. Entspannen Sie sich auf der Terrasse, während Sie die Golfer vergehen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 50-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und einen WLAN-fähigen, Blu Ray DVD-Player.

Ihre Daten sind mit einem Schlafzimmer und Bad auf jeder Ebene unseres 2-stöckigen town garantiert. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Gästezimmer mit einem Doppelbett, Insel eingerichtet und TV; ein Vollbad; und eine Waschküche Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Die Mastersuite im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen 32-Zoll-Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player, einen Deckenventilator und eine private Veranda mit Blick auf den Golfplatz. Es gibt auch einen geräumigen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das Master-Badezimmer verfügt über Marmor Zähler, zwei Waschbecken, separater Dusche und Badewanne.

Wir berücksichtigen auch alles, was man am Strand brauchen für einen tollen Tag: Strandtücher, Liegestühle, Kühlbox, Sonnenschirm, Schnorchelausrüstung, Boogie Boards & Sandspielzeug. Es gibt auch einen reservierten Parkplatz, so dass Sie einen Platz garantiert.

Das Waikoloa Colony Villas ist eine private Wohnanlage auf dem 15. Fairway des Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. Für Unterhaltung gibt es zwei Schwimmbecken, Whirlpool, Gasgrills, Klimaanlage Fitnesscenter und Tennisplätze.

Waikoloa Beach Resort ist ein eigenständiges Resort. Beautiful place to stay

This was a very well equipped clean and gorgeous house with everything you need for a trip to the Big Island. We enjoyed the area and the pool and the grounds are well looked after. Convenient shopping beaches and restaurants close by. Highly recommended!

Great place!

The property was as described and in the pictures. All the beach supplies were a huge bonus, especially the umbrella. The sun is strong at the beach. The location is perfect - close to a lot but without the busyness of some of the other developments in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent value in a great location

The Colony Villas are a great option when staying in Waikoloa and the most reasonably priced. This unit is not as fully updated as others in the complex but it was just fine for our purposes. The master bed is comfortable and everything works. There is a decent selection of kitchen supplies as well as everything you need for the beach.

Wonderful getaway

Our stay went very smoothly and we found the villa as presented on vrbo. Any questions were always answered quickly and we thoroughly enjoyed the property. Location is good, near several great beaches and the pool was also a bonus. We had grills right out our front door and used for several great meals in. We stayed with another couple and it worked very well. Also the chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and cooler for your beach outing was fantastic! Would definitely go back!!

A great place in a great location

We had a fantastic stay at Mechelle's Waikoloa townhome! A great place in a great location. We love the Big Island and enjoyed visiting a number of different places, for which Waikoloa is a good central home base, while being very close to the island's best beaches! We stayed for just under 2 weeks, but would highly recommend for longer stays as well. The town home complex itself is well appointed with two swimming pools, a small fitness facility, as well as golf courses and resorts all around. All in all a wonderful experience.

Nice condo excellent for the price. Centrally located to get to wonderful beaches!

We had a great stay in this condo. Our air conditioner wasn't working when we arrived but owner is super responsive and had it fixed the next day. Loved the boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkle equipment, beach umbrellas and coolers on site. Two pools so there are options if one is busy. Not a lot of privacy on the outside patio if you eat dinner outside (which our family likes to do). Overall a cozy place for a great price.

Great holiday!

This condo was as good as you can get in Waikoloa, very comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, plenty of toiletries in the bathrooms, excellent outdoor equipment, a BBQ just across the drive and a nice walk to the pool & spa complex - there is even a gym if you want to exercise. We played golf at local courses and enjoyed the drive up to Makani Golf Club which was in good shape with improvements going on. The Colony Villas are well maintained and Mechelle has also made this condo very relaxing and welcoming; we will return on our next visit to our favorite island.

Tho it had views only of parking lots, the unit was well appointed and had all the beach things you might use. Tho tidy, it was not really clean. One shower had hair on the walls. It appeared not to have been dusted in quite a while. Bedding was just ok.

Wonderful experience and location. I’ve been to the Big Island many times and would stay at this property again in a heartbeat. One recommendation I’d make is to change the shower head in the master bathroom. When you turn on the shower, the water sprays out of the shower. There is no way to turn the shower head in a way that prevents this and the floor gets soaked as a result. Super minor detail to an otherwise fantastic property.

Visiting family

The location is central to lots of beaches and hiking. For me it was also close to family. The property is spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. It had its idiosyncrasies - you have to get in the master shower before turning on the water unless you want to soak the floor (the shower head is not adjustable), the downstairs toilet has issues filling up with water (you have to remove lid and seat the rubber stopper), there are many light switches that do nothing and the Wi-Fi is not suitable for someone who wants to work from home. Minor fixes. I had a fabulous visit and was very comfortable in this beautiful home.

Review update - 1. The downstairs toilet was checked and is working properly. 2. The wi-fi is high speed - we have worked from our property without problems. It is possible the provider was having a problem during this stay. The guest did not let us know during their stay. If they had, we would have contacted the provider to resolve the issue. The dining fan/light are are one switch and require a remote for using one at a time. We also have a binder in our condo with instructions for our guests. All switches have a purpose.

It is a self contained resort featuring two golf courses, two hotels (Marriott and Hilton) and the 'KINGS SHOPS'' with over 75,000 square feet of shopping, gourmet restaurants, art galleries and the 'NEW QUEENS SHOPS' with a food pavilion, shopping, restaurants and a new grocery store and beautiful Aneahoomalu Bay .. also known as 'A-BAY'.
