Die Coligny Plaza mit mehreren Geschäften und Restaurants liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Der Erdgeschoss Eingang zur Wohnung macht es einfach zu parken und direkt vor der Wohnung ohne Stufen zu betreten. Der Ocean Club 17 verfügt über eine malerische Terrasse direkt am Pool, auf der Sie sich unterhalten und entspannen können. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen großen 50-Zoll-Flachbildschirm und zwei Liegestühle, die sich perfekt für den Abschluss des Strandtages eignen! The condo was perfect for us! No steps and walk in shower was just what my mother needed to be able to go with us. Very convenient to everything. Can walk or ride bikes to restaurants & shops. Access to the beach. Will stay here again!

Couldn’t have been better. Great location, great communication. There weren’t any beach chairs or anything like that, but you were provided a rental credit towards beach gear or bikes which was awesome!!

Everything was great! Love being able to walk straight in with no stairs or elevator. Fans for the bedrooms made a huge difference! Wish there was a way to lock patio doors from the outside. Just have to lock the front door and then walk around to get to the beach. This wouldn’t stop us from staying again at all!! But if owners were looking at ways to improve, this would be the only suggestion.

Also dishes and silverware in the cupboards had to be run through dishwasher because some were not clean. Have never had these issues before.

Quick 4 day getaway

I booked this property 3 days before arrival honestly not expecting much since my lack of planning gave me limited selections. This unit was perfect for my family. It was spacious and clean. The Master Bedroom now has an adorable new comforter that you don't see in the picture. The 2nd room was perfect for my two teenage girls. The unit was right by the pool and just a few more steps you were on the boardwalk to the beach. This was our first time in Hilton Head and was very impressed by the beach area and the how pleasant everyone is. We flew into Charleston so we had nothing but clothing, toiletries and beach towels. The unit had a closet full of "beach stuff". Sand Chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys for little ones etc. The bathroom was also stocked with a blow dryer, makeup mirror, curling iron etc. Everything you need without bringing it with you. I would definitely book this unit again next time we head to the Island. The only complaint was that whomever used the patio grill prior, never cleaned it so it was caked with leftovers. It was more than we wanted to tackle to cook on so we hit the local restaurants for the few days we were there. But, the kitchen was well stocked with everything...including a crockpot and other gadgets. We made some wonderful memories to take home with us and will definitely be back again.

Pool was literally steps away just as I needed after recent knee surgery and I even walked to the beach which was amazing extremely close. Home had everything we needed for our stay. Having a grill was wonderful, Everything on one floor was just what we needed will certainly come back. Thank you to the owners. P.S. Love the recliner perfect for my angry knee, the one by the slider was not plugged in or whatever no big deal just thought I'd tell you. Thank you for allowing us into your home. Having Seashore Vacations coordinate our stay was wonderful great staff!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived it was clear the place had been shut up for a while and the beds weren't super comfy. We discussed visiting again until we were harassed twice by two different men claiming to be the president of the regime. We paperwork inside the place said that the pool closed at 10:00pm. At 8:15 a man came out and demanded we leave the pool. We would have never booked this place with our three kids if the pool closed early as the man stated. The other guy saw us walking up the boardwalk and demanded he know where we were staying and accused of us not staying on property and coming up from the beach to use the pool. Just my opinion, but it seemed like these guys do not want tourists/renters in their community.

Perfect Labor Day getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying in this condo. It had the essential items needed for a 3 day weekend away. We have 3 kids, including a one year old and loved that it was just a quick walk from this unit to the pool...made it easy to walk back and forth to get snacks and for nap time. The kids loved having a pool available too. We were close by to Coligny Plaza and shops/restaurants. Had a great trip and would definitely stay in this unit again.

A diamond not well taken care of

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall look was updated and looked very different from the pictures online. The place was not clean. We found hairs in master room bed and we found a dried contact on a pillow. The corners in the bathrooms were caked with sand. In the hall bathroom, their was a used washcloth hanging on the shower rod. I did call the rental office and they wanted to send someone to clean. With only four beach days, I didn't want to wait to show someone what to do. I did wash the sheets. The dishwasher didn't seem to work well either. The property is ideally located and with a little more cleaning care, it will be perfect.

Family beach vacation

We had a wonderful time, condo very spacious and comfortable. Very comfortable. Pool area is great and always has a partial shade area. Patio is lovely. Unit is in need of some updates. 1st time at Hilton Head

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ok. When I got there food was in the sink. Plugs in the condo would not hold a plug in. Only one garbage bag. No wifi. It was centrally located and was safe if you wanted to walk or bike. The patio was outstanding with multiple grills , great chairs, close to the pool, a garden hose, it was super. Inside needs an upgrade . Worn but nice. TV s were ok. Still no WiFI. Only condo without. I needed it to work. I think I will use a resort next time.
