Diese 3. Etage Oceanfront Condo bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, zwei Einzelbetten im Schlafzimmer 2 und einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Gäste des Ocean One 307 genießen einen Panoramablick auf den Atlantik und die weißen Sandstrände. Nach stundenlanger Brandung spülen sich Urlauber unter der Außendusche auf dem privaten Strandweg des Komplexes ab und tauchen dann in den Swimmingpool am Meer ein. Ocean One hat dem Komplex direkt hinter dem Pool einen brandneuen Grillbereich hinzugefügt.
Ocean One ist ein fünfstöckiges Aufzugsgebäude in South Forest Beach. Unter den Annehmlichkeiten, die in Hilton Head Island angeboten werden, befindet sich Ocean One einen Block vom Coligny Beach Market entfernt, einer malerischen Innenstadt, in der die Gäste eine große Auswahl an Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltungsangeboten für alle Altersgruppen finden. Thank you for your comments upon departure. The owner replaced the sofa during their visit in August of 2012. The unit is now equipped with a new sofa with a fold out queen bed.

The dishes were filthy. Incredibly sticky. I dont see how anyone would not notice them. The washing machine made a terrible loud noise. We had to unplug it while not in use.The dryer (rusty on top), washing machine and dishwasher needs replacing. The twin beds in the second bedroom need replacing. Loud and squeaky when turning over wakes an individual up. The whole place needs a little paint. Couch not comfortable, furniture (couch and chairs) need replacing look worn. One of the chairs does not have a roller on it. It will stratch the floor if moved. Guarantee it.

Nice but noisy

The condo was nicely cleaned, and we were pleased with the attention to towels, starter supplies (toilet paper, etc). It could use some updating, though. The only real issue was that we were right next door to a resort with a tiki bar where they had loud, live music most of the afternoon and evening, every day. The band did pack up at 10:00 each night, but on Sunday afternoon, they were so loud that we couldn't sit on our deck and hear each other speak.

Outdated! Will not rent the unit again. The property is in need of renovations. The ceilings are peeling. The balcony ceiling appears to have water damage. One of the coffee pots is rusted. The fabric furniture needs to be updated. Visible stains.

We are disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with the condition of Ocean One 307. However, we appreciate your input and suggestions. We will make sure to replace the coffee pot as soon as possible and will discuss the furniture and ceiling condition with the owners of 307. As for the damage on the balcony above, that is an issue that is currently being handled by the homeowners association. They are aware of the damage to the bottom of unit 407's balcony and have begun repairing balconies at Ocean One and this particular balcony is on the top of their list. We apologize that you did not find the condo in the best condition and we will address the issues you experienced.

Our unit 307 was clean, however, the living room furniture (couch) is almost unusable. Very old. Kitchen supplies (pots,pans, etc) also not usable. The shower in the 2nd bedroom had very little water flow. This unit is in need of updating and painting. The Ocean One properties and Seashore Vacations are incredible. We will be back next year, just not in 307. Thank you for another amazing vacation!!!

Thank you for your feedback. The owner purchased a new sleeper sofa for the unit in late August. Also, an inventory was performed after the summer which included the replacment of several kitchen items (pots, pans, etc.).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay started with an AC unit that wasn't working. We called immediately and they sent someone out that day but still didn't help. We did the same thing the next day with no results. It just wasn't working. We decided to leave after only a few days bc we had a baby that wasn't sleeping, etc, upset people that had driven 25 hours to be there. I have to say that management handled it the way I expected and refunded most of our money. Possibly, these units need to be inspected more often and maybe before every stay. This was ridiculous. I still love this location bc it overlooks the beach and close to pool. I have no complaints about the unit itself. It was nice-just a bad experience with the AC.

It has a very nice bonfire setup, great grills, absolutely beautiful view. The only drawback (and it's not this property's problem) is the hotel (?) next door has a pavilion that has live music almost every night from 5-10pm. If you're looking for a quiet evening on the balcony, that's not going to happen. But if that's your jam, it's a free ticket! Would recommend this property and will definitely return.

Direct oceanfront and the view was great! Close to Coligny, shopping, and restaurants. There was construction going on next door which was a little annoying with noise. The unit itself needs updating in every way. The couch is brand new but not comfortable at all. This unit is nice for a couple of adults and no more than 2 small children as the furniture in living area is worn out other than small sofa. It was clean so that made it easier to look past the outdated everything. It definitely needs some TLC as the walls (and bathroom door) had areas of paint being torn off and never repaired or repainted. I would not recommend to a friend unless all they cared about was the view.

Perfect location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean One 307 provides perfect views of the ocean and pool area and is next door to the Tiki Hut. The unit is very nice and quite comfortable. The only minor improvements suggested are to repair the water flow in the primary bedroom bath and to replace the fry pans/skillets in the kitchen. We would definitely rent this unit again.
