Tropischer Garten 2 Schlafzimmer Apt. Im Strandhaus

The good and bad thing about our property, and this apt. in particular, is that it is right across the street from the ocean. The salt air is a constant issue, particularly in the heat and humidity of the summer months. All surfaces including metal, countertops, cardboard boxes, linens,etc are impacted and it is a battle to keep things clean. We appreciate the guest informing us that a deeper clean is periodically required. Also since the guest left we have replaced the front window which should benefit the apt. The prior window was damaged by the salt and was not closing completely. Also we will replace the bed to ensure that is not a problem. On the positive side, being so closer to the ocean, we usually enjoy pleasant tropical breezes in our garden sitting area, we have a great beach a short walk away and the neighborhood is vibrant. As for the "verbal racial attack", whatever comment was made was completely unintentional on our part.. We make it a point to make all our guess feel welcome and "at home". If a questionable comment was made, we apologized for any problem it may have caused. Again, as the guest suggests, without having complete knowledge of a situation, mistakes are sometimes made.
