This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath guest house nestled into a peaceful neighborhood and a short distance to Camden, Maine. This house is newly renovated. It's sunny and bright with lots of natural light streaming through the windows.

On the main level, there is a living room with a large screen TV along with a kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a nice meal. The primary queen bedroom and full bathroom are also on this level. Up the stairs from the living room, you will find a queen bedroom and bedroom with two twins and a full-sized shower hall bathroom.

There is also a full basement where the washer & dryer are located. There is an exercise area and game room with a ping pong table for something to do on rainy days. Outside is a nice, quiet yard with plenty of space. You can also take a walk along a private path that runs along the back side of the property next to a running stream. 

This house is just minutes from downtown Camden where you will find quaint shops, restaurants and the most amazing cupcake store for your sweet tooth. Sit by the ocean on the boardwalk and watch the schooners setting sail or take a walk in the park and sit on the embankment on a warm summer's night.
