Primary Suite: King-size bed with cozy bedding, TV, and a private bathroom featuring an oversized soaking tub and walk-in shower. A sitting area offers a calming view of the canal.
Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed with stylish décor and a TV.
Third Bedroom: One twin bed and one full bed with fun comic book accents and a smart TV — perfect for children or playful adults.

Bathrooms
The primary bath includes a large soaking tub and a separate shower.
The second full bath has a tub/shower combo, easily accessible from the second and third bedrooms.

Guest Access & Safety Notes
Guests have full, private access to the entire home, screened-in porch, BBQ area, driveway, and outdoor deck.

Please Note:

Driveway parking only — no parking on the grass

The backyard beyond the deck is off-limits for guest safety

Alligators and snakes are part of the local ecosystem and may be seen in the canal — please enjoy from a safe distance

Children must be supervised at all times when near the water

No swimming, fishing, or wading in the canal

Security
For added safety and peace of mind, there are two Ring security cameras installed:

One at the front entrance, facing the driveway and front steps

One at the back deck, facing the canal and side yard
These cameras are exterior-only and are used solely for guest safety and property security.

Important Wildlife Notice
We kindly ask all guests to respect the wildlife and our home’s unique setting.

Feeding alligators is strictly prohibited by law.
Doing so can lead to dangerous behavior and often results in the animals being euthanized. Please help protect the natural habitat by keeping a safe distance and never feeding wildlife.
