The spacious living room opens to kitchen and both have sliders to the lanai and caged pool area. Dedicated work space with desk & high speed internet- just bring your laptop and work remotely near the beach! Split bedroom floor plan- primary suite on one side and guest bedrooms on the other side. The primary suite has a king bed, sliding door to the pool, walk in closet, and en suite bathroom with soaking tub and dual vanity sinks. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, sliding glass doors to the pool area, and large closet. Bedroom 3 features a full over queen bunk bed, and walk in closet. The living room & all bedrooms have a smart TVs with cable, and apps to log in to your favorite programs. The well appointed kitchen has everything you need to cook & serve meals during your trip. Large covered lanai patio has a dining area and a seating area in the shade. Plenty of room in the sunshine too with lounge chairs, another dining table, and a large POOL! A privacy hedge surrounds the property giving the pool area a tropical feel and privacy from the neighboring homes. Inside the garage an assortment of items are provided to help you enjoy your trip: fishing poles, beach chairs, bikes, pickleball paddles, sand toys, pool rafts, etc.
