Close to the Barra shopping mall and the beginning of the Barra-Ondina Carnival circuit! With double bed, smart TV, WI-FI, split air conditioning, full kitchen. Penthouse with swimming pool and gym. It has a rotation garage and 24-hour reception. Games room, coworking, meeting room. Laundry with separate charge.
NOTE: - Documents are requested from all guests and will be checked at check-in to create a Face ID for access.
Perfect location: Barra Premium building. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, bakery, shopping center and pharmacy.
