One-bedroom apartment with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, living room with powder room, and beautifully decorated. Close to Barra Shopping Mall and the Barra-Ondina Carnival circuit! It features a double bed, smart TV in the bedroom and living room, Wi-Fi, and a full kitchen. The penthouse features a pool and gym. It also has a private garage and 24h reception.
NOTE:
- All guests are required to provide identification, which will be verified at check-in to create a Facebook ID.
Perfectly located in the Nau building, you can walk to the famous Porto da Barra beach, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, bakery, shopping mall, and pharmacy.

- Glass, crockery, or sound systems are not permitted in the pool area. The pool area is closed on Mondays for maintenance, and the date may be changed at the discretion of the building management.
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.
- All guests must submit their identification at least two business days before check-in. Administrative areas are normally open weekdays, Monday through Friday, until 5 p.m. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or impediments to check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
- We provide guests with an 18 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be exceeded, but if exceeded, we will charge the excess after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kWh.
