The ground floor comprises a 1-car garage, entryway, and laundry room plus a covered patio overlooking the intercoastal waterway with TV and BBQ Grill. The second floor houses a large family room with TV, dining room for 6, gourmet kitchen, and half-bath. Fully equipped kitchen boasts Kitchen-Aid and Miele appliances, microwave, Nespresso coffee bar, beverage center with separate ice maker and beverage/wine fridge, pantry, spice cabinet, Vitamix, KitchenAid Mixer, dishware/flatware, pots and pans, glassware, and everything needed to prepare your favorite meals.

Both bedrooms plus two full baths are located on the third floor. The primary bedroom is oversized and faces the grand water view with a King bed, desk, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and shower. The secondary bedroom offers flex-space with a Queen sized Murphy bed, built-ins, walk-in closet, private balcony, and full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
