Excellent location and beautiful property

The location was wonderful, and we loved the pool, beach access and cleanliness of the property and condo. Also, the amenities were excellent.

Beautiful condo

Love all the amenities that are avaliable. Always love staying at rydon property management sites. Condo was gorgeous and perfect for 4 people.

Our condo was well positioned in the property to get the maximum view of the bay/gulf.The swim up bar was not open but one day during our stay which was disappointing.One of the three condos had a maintenance issue(the handle of the sliding glass door was lying in the floor). It was reported immediately but never repaired during the five day stay which prevented access to the balcony.

The condo was very clean and we had a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The only disappointment I had is when I turned the keys in for the 2 condos I rented the front desk lady was a bit rude. She said I needed to go down and scan all 4 keys to see which key went to which condo. I felt that wasn't my responsibility. She then replied "I'll just do it." Her name was Iroinee. The other front desk employees were vey nice. I will definitely stay in this condo next time I visit.

What a wonderful weekend! The Host has thought of everything - you can tell she cares about her condo and it's not just there to rent out. Everything was clean, comfortable and cozy. I will definitely be back to this condo - what a gem!

This condo was great. Decorated beautifully and everything was labeled!We had a great time. The pools were awesome and so was the lazy river. Easy access to the beach & the gulf is already warm.
