This is the very large two bedroom, two bath unit that is located on the easternmost corner of Diamond Beach - offering 1385 square feet interior and 210 square feet of outdoor patio space to enjoy both city views and full Gulf of Mexico views high atop The Diamond Beach Resort.
This very special property has a curved wall of glass that surrounds the spacious open concept living/dining/kitchen area with direct views to the Gulf of Mexico as well as the view of the evening fireworks that take place at Moody Gardens on summer weekend nights and other special occasions. This unit boasts a view from every living area including both bedrooms! Updated, custom kitchen with large island, custom cabinetry and stainless appliances. A view to the water while you prepare the spectacular ""fresh catch"" of the day. Primary bedroom features king size bed and en suite bath with walk in shower and flat screen television, The second bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen television and a gorgeous view of the water. Amenities at The Diamond Beach Resort include a cascading 300' swimming pool with a 750' lazy river and water slide, private cabanas and beach access. The Diamond Beach Resort also offers an indoor heated pool, concierge service and a business center (if you must!), while children play in the jungle room. Ocean Cinema has some scheduled films or you can reserve a private showing for your guests. Wine and dine in the elegant private dining area. This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
If guests are interested in floating on the lazy river, Diamond Beach does not supply the tubes, and it highly recommended to purchase prior to arriving on the island, as they at times there may not be enough supplies at local stores to keep up with demand.
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
