The second guest bedroom offers a queen bed with plenty of closet space with an adjacent second bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. The homey den provides a comfortable recliner and a pull-out couch for an additional queen bed for your extra family and guests to use. The two bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, shampoo and conditioners for your use. Other essential amenities like AC, WiFi, three smart TVs and a washer and dryer are also included for your use and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops with sufficient space to prepare your meals and then eat across the way at an elegant dining table with eight chairs to enjoy your family meals together. The soothing atmosphere of this villa will make you and your guests feel right at home. This resort style community features two gorgeous pools and a kiddie splash park to entertain your children. There is a full-service restaurant and outside bar right next to the pool area and many activities to keep you busy like pickleball, volleyball, tennis courts and a state-of-the-art fitness room including yoga classes to keep you as active as you want. There is a free coffee/hot chocolate bar area open all day for your convenience.
