Outfitted to accommodate families or groups of 11.

Entertaining Spaces:
- Abundant space in the main living room shared with the dining room and oversized island in the kitchen is great for groups to gather for a meal.
- A sliding door off the dining space leads to a deck with year-round hot tub, outdoor dining, and a bonfire space. Warm months bring the added joy of grill and yard games.
- On level 2, there is a great space for children to hang out and play with toys, puzzles, activities or board games and access with a sliding door to the hot tub.
- Enjoy the theatre room with a projector screen to watch movies or the big game, a foosball table, and kitchenette.

Sleeping Spaces:
Upper level:
- Master bedroom boasts a king sized bed with ensuite master bathroom.
- Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has a twin over full sized bunkbed with a bathroom for bedrooms 2 & 3.
Level 2:
- Bedroom 4 is a queen size bed and next to a full sized bathroom.
- Bedroom 5 is a dedicated office space.
Level 3:
- A pull out couch is available.

*The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation for large groups easy and complimentary K-cups are provided.

*The Roku TVs offer entertainment to log into your personal favorite subscriptions.

*A grill and fire pit are provided during April through October for guests to enjoy.

*Off-street parking is available.

The garage is unavailable for guests.

Early check-in:
- Assume check-in will be at 4 pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If your arrival needs to be earlier consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

Late Check-out:
- As with your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your departure needs to be later in the day consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Is this a shared home?
- No it`s all yours!

Do you offer a cleaning service?
- Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us!
