Sioux Falls stay

House was great! It fit or needs great as we have a dog that needed a fenced yard. Host was prompt with all request. I would stay there again when in the area.

Great place to stay in Sioux Falls

The property was very clean and as advertised. There is only room to park 2 cars in the driveway and no off street parking, so you need to plan to leave cars elsewhere if there is more than that. The other thing to be aware of is that the stairs to the basement family room and two bedrooms are VERY VERY narrow and steep! Other than those two things, the house was perfect! Host was easy to communicate with and the check in and check out process was easy.

Nice price and great communication but..

Nice location and comfortable beds-the heat went out multiple times with prompt response. Very clean but lacked basic supplies such as extra paper towels, dishwasher tabs. Handrail into basement was very loose. The games and video system in the pictures were not there and the sofa was not the same .

Could have been a disaster

We got a message before we left about an issue with the lock code. The door opened when we got there and the code never worked again. We went out for dinner, returned and couldn't get in. Thankfully one of the kids left the basement door unlocked so we got in as the owners didn't respond until the next day when I asked again for a new door code. The WiFi is poor, you can't stream any Netflix or anything like that. The place is VERY clean and the backyard offered a nice patio however. The listing on VRBO was the wrong address so thankfully the house is unique enough to locate.by color. Some improvements are needed

We had a wonderful time visiting with our family and friends for our 1 night stay. Everything was very clean and organized and the hosts were very accommodating. The only thing I didnt care for was the lack of parking. The stairs were very steap which I assume is common in older homes. Cute and cozy home. Thank you!

The house was lovely. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean and nicely upgraded with plenty of room. The downstairs bedrooms were quite spacious, and the kitchen provided plenty of utensils. Parking was limited but we only had two cars so that wasn't a problem. We stayed here just passing through after visiting the Black Hills. It was perfect for our family and a one night stay for all of us. The location was great too because it was only minutes from a lot of restaurants and other amenities in the area. Sioux Falls was much bigger than expected and can definately feel crowded very quickly leaving the house especially during weekday rush hour times. This location was good for what we were looking for. I'm not sure it would be good spending more than a few days here though if you have a big family because of how small the house is amd how the rooms are layed out. Lets face it, we all need a break from our own kids.

One Night Stay

This house was a perfect place for a large group to get together. We really enjoyed having the larger basement bedrooms that left more room for air mattresses and beds on the floor! The gathering spaces, like the kitchen and living room, were a huge hit, and everyone was able to gather together!

We enjoyed our stay. Lots of space for 4 people. All the amenities you would need. The sitting area is downstairs with a long dining table upstairs and another small work table near the kitchen which was nice. The backyard outdoor space looked fun but it was rainy the night we were there so we didn't get to enjoy that part. Would definitely stay again!

Double book and cancelled on us an hour AFTER check in time

We were very frustrated with this booking. We booked it, we drove seven hours and an hour before we got to town, got a phone call ( an hour after the original preferred check in time of 4:30 PM) Telling us that they could not honor their booking because they had double booked it. But they blamed it all on the Vrbo website. After doing some research, it is not the VRBO website that messed up but it is the Owners negligence for advertising in different formats that overlapped calendars. This left us without a place to stay and scrambling for the last hour of our drive. They did reimburse our money in full, but definitely caused a lot of stress and frustration.

I am apart of a local non-profit for Veterans called: One Leg B4 the Other - we put pants on homeless and disabled veterans. Our mission is to support veterans facing weight changes or hardship, helping restore comfort, dignity, and confidence as they transition to civilian life.

Cozy home that is centrally located in Sioux Falls - the prime location makes it easy to get anywhere in town.

The best dining and entertainment that Sioux Falls has to offer is only minutes away: close to Sanford hospital, downtown, Great Plains Zoo, Great Shots, collegiate sports (Augie and USF) and the event centers such as the Denny Sanford Premier Center, Convention center, Fairgrounds and the VA.

The Costa Rican Lounge is a cozy home that gives you a taste of Costa Rica. After traveling to Costa Rica a few years back, I fell in love with the jungle, volcanoes and the beaches and wanted to bring a little paradise to Sioux Falls, SD.

Along with the tropical vibes at our home, the mattresses are top notch! We use the brand of beds called JUNA and our guests love them.
