The space flows effortlessly into the vast kitchen, featuring high-end appliances and a 4-stool breakfast bar for casual meals or quick bites. Homes are permitted one Low-Speed Vehicle per home. Homes with owner provided Low-Speed Vehicles are not permitted to rent an additional Low-Speed Vehicle.
