Such a beautiful house - the outdoor kitchen was so handy and the location was so nice, close to the big pool, beach and easy walk or golf cart ride to the Hub. The neighborhood was so pretty and very safe and peaceful!

The views, the access to the ocean, the private pool, the eagles nest top deck, the huge kitchen and grill out on the other deck.... this house is A DREAM!!! wish the hurricane wouldn't have cut our trip short but it was all sooooooo perfect until then. Still thinking about the huge shower in the master bathroom with the rain water shower heads!! this place is a MUST STAY!

Everything overall was really great. Would suggest maybe some additional throw blankets and also some full size cookie / baking sheets. We had a full house and did a lot of cooking. In general had most everything we needed.

The house and the location are wonderful. Very clean and well appointed. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need for cooking. I do need to address a couple things. The rental was to include a golf cart. When we arrived on Saturday we were told that there wasn’t a golf cart and they would try to get one for us by Tuesday. Long story short, the golf cart was delivered on Friday, the day before checkout. We were very disappointed to say the least. I did ask for a refund for one week golf cart rental and I did receive it. The beautiful Wolfe oven was broken, so no baking, unless you wanted to use the countertop oven they provided. The ceiling in the master bathroom leaked water and the last negative was a baby raccoon living on the second floor deck off the kitchen. It was adorable but it made it impossible to enjoy the space. Okay, even after all that, I still loved the house, location and would love to rent it again in the future. I am hoping that the company that owns this beautiful home will address the problems and fix everything before the next rental.

Beautiful home and amazing location. A few things need to be fixed/updated but the management team/tech was on it. One million percent will return to this beauty for a vacation. Love Watersound and will be looking here ever family trip. Hope to come back next month and this will be our first choice.

BEST RENTAL HOME AND COMPANY

We have rented homes all over 30A for 2 decades and this home was hands down our favorite!! The location (across from the pool and beach access) were PERFECT. Watersound is so much quieter than some of the other neighborhoods. Our children were able to bike around without fear of being run over by fast cars or golf carts. The home was stunning and had everything we could have asked for! We enjoyed wine on the top lookout and coffee on the multiple porches. Misty, with Embark850, was the most responsive and helpful person we have ever worked with! Thank you for sharing your home and your little slice of heave with us!!

Great location, but several issues with house

Our family rented this large home and shared it with my sister and her family. The location is fantastic and the children enjoyed being close to the neighborhood pool and the beach. The neighborhood also has other wonderful amenities such as a putting green park and playground. The bike rentals and golf cart were also greatly enjoyed. The majority of our issues were with the management company and the maintenance of the house itself. There were cockroaches sighted daily in multiple areas (including inside the refrigerator), doors that would not close (on second level) or lock (on the ground level) and a broken A/C unit (that was repaired after two visits from technicians). The exterior of the pool was also in need of maintenance/repair and had loose boards falling off. Our family travels often and we have communicated with many management companies and home owners. While someone (multiple people) from the Echelon team would respond to my messages, their solutions were not always the most professional or timely. We ended up having some kind of repairman or technician in the home every single day of our stay. The main contact from the Echelon management team came off as annoyed and insincere. We will avoid properties managed by this company in the future.

We have stayed in this neighborhood several times, and each time in a different home. Echelon Luxury Properties receives 5 stars for their service. We were welcomed to 409 Coopersmith with a visit and our asks were provided quickly (large stock pots and blankets).The location of the home was very exciting for us, being this close to the beach and community pool was amazing! Bikes and golf cart were perfect and all the appliances were top notch. We loved having an ice maker!!4 stars for the home.... important for our family would have been a larger table and chairs in the crows nest - it would have provided us with more time there as we have used this area in past homes almost every night for games and fun. A few other items were mentioned to ELP directly and hopefully they will take care of.We would recommend this property to others considering.
