Campfire Cottage is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with everything you need for a perfect stay in Wimberley!
The property itself is on a quiet street, with ample parking in the driveway. The backyard has plenty of space for fun with a Blackstone grill and picnic table area, wood burning firepit and conveniently backs up to the neighborhood pickleball court and swimming pool!
When you enter the home, you are greeted with high ceilings and a welcoming living area. The open concept between the living/kitchen/dining areas make the home a perfect gathering spot for friends and family. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook for your crew!
Off the living room is the bunk room, featuring a twin bunk bed and twin trundle (sleeps 3). The bedroom has its own attached bathroom with walk in shower, as well as a washer/dryer available for guest use.
Downstairs, you will also find an additional full bathroom with walk in shower and bedroom with a king bed (sleeps 2)
Upstairs is a large loft space with a king bed, pull out full size sofa (sleeps 4), private balcony and attached full bathroom with tub/shower combo
There are three pack n plays available as well.
Guests have full access to the home. The shed out front is locked and for owner access only.
We live in town and can be available through in-app messaging.
The backyard is only partially fenced.
Pets: We allow up to two dogs (no cats or other animals), and they must be included on the reservation. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kenneled when guests are not inside the home. Please pick up and dispose of all animal waste in the outdoor trash can. Keep in mind the backyard is not fully fenced in.
Septic/Grease Disposal: Our home is on a septic, so please do not flush feminine products or "flushable" wipes. Please dump any excess grease in trash can or outdoor fire pit. We do not have a garbage disposal.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping in the house or on the property.
Extra Guests: Our home is suitable for up to 9 overnight guests. We do not charge per person. Please inquire about additional daytime guests at the property
River Access: We have two private neighborhood river parks, as well as a community pool and pickleball court. Any lost river/pool access keys will be a charge of $250 per key.
Report Any Damages: If any damages occur during your stay, please let us know immediately to possibly avoid further charges.
