Guest Access:
You can use all the spaces in the apartment as if it were your own. The pool is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Since chemicals are added at night for maintenance and cleaning.)

Getting Around:
The apartment is located in Puerto Morelos, in a very accessible area.
From the Airport: The Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 25-minute drive away. Taxis and private shuttle services are readily available.
Town Center: Downtown Puerto Morelos, where you'll find most restaurants and shops, is about a 10-minute taxi ride away.
Parking is subject to availability; one car is allowed per reservation.
Getting Around: You can easily explore the immediate area on foot or use local taxis to move around the rest of the town.
Other Things to Note:
Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.
It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.
Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.
For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
