Great for our Family Vacation

The location was great and the owners were amazingly attentive to our needs. Having the pool steps outside the door was amazing for the little ones! The restaurants in the nearby town was the highlight of the trip!

Excellent Stay

Property was amazing! Lots of room for 6 adults. Everything within walking distance and accommodations exceeded our expectations. Kitchen, living space and bedrooms were comfortable and inviting. Communication with owners was top notch and would highly recommend staying here. We will be back! 😊

Great Place!

A beautiful pool side house with an incredible powder white sand beach steps away! A short walk (~5 minutes) to the downtown core with lots of great restaurants. to choose from. 3 large bedrooms each with comfy king size beds. Everything you need is there. A fully equipped kitchen, laundry, beach toys, boogie boards, beach towels etc. Nothing but positive things to say about this place!

Last-Minute Change of Plans

My partner and I were traveling with our kids for Spring Break. He and his son arrived in Puerto Morelos the day before I was to arrive with my kids. The initial condo we booked was a disaster. I frantically looked for a last-minute alternative. Luckily I found this great place - and it was available. The owners were super responsive and very well organized. They had a house manual with lots of information about the condo and the area. The location is perfect - you can easily walk anywhere for meals, groceries, shopping and entertainment. The condo was very clean and very well fitted for our needs. Sara checked in frequently to make sure everything was going ok. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Lovely and comfortable!

Check in was a breeze. Roger was waiting to open the gate for us. The property was immaculate. The whole family enjoyed the pool and the beach. There was pool toys and sand toys. The house was well stocked with everything we needed including bottled water. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay.

Perfect relaxing beach location for a larger family or group.

We are a family of 4 boys 15, 17, 19, 20 and 2 parents. This was so perfect for us 3 king bed, 3 bathrooms and a huge space. The photo are very accurate the location is amazing! We walked into town each night for dinner and walked along the beach to the supermarket in the mornings. Ramon the on-site manager was amazing he set up our reef snorkeling boat trip which picked up right at our beach $20 each. Also a fishing trip $200 for 6 of us and told us where to book an ATV trip for cheaper than booking on line. The villa has a water cooler and the giant bottles get replaced for free, all you have to do is ask. So no need to carry water back from the store. The Air con worked great, the pool was super clean and the beach is so soft. We were there in July which is supposed to be off season but the weather was amazing. It did rain on us one lunch time but it was very quick and fun to play in the pool in the rain. The resort was super quiet and we had the beach to ourselves some days. I would absolutely return again.

Great place to stay in Puerto Morelos

This house is in a perfect location, right on the nicest part of the Puerto Morelos beach, walking distance to the town. The house is spacious and comfortable. Ramon, Rosendo and el Pollo were helpful and friendly onsite. We really liked Puerto Morelos town: small, laidback and far less developed than other areas on the coast. As well as having many restaurants, in the central plaza there is a shop that sells amazing fresh fish, and the Chedraui supermarket in town has everything you need. The photos show the outside of a number of houses on the complex, so check with the owner to clarify which one you are renting. We stayed at #3, which did not have a view from the veranda.

Fabulous property

Fabulous property. Plenty of space for three adult couples to spread out. Two bedrooms had en suite bathrooms one of the bedrooms had a bathroom right outside the bedroom. Perfect location. Right beside Unico bar. Could see the ocean from rooftop. View from main level slightly obstructed from other building. Beautiful pool! Just steps away from beautiful beach!!!! Would definitely return!!!!!

The perfect getaway in a perfect place!

We went to Puerto Morelos with two other couples for an escape from the frenetic weeks on Isla Mujeres during Semana Santa. It was the perfect spot! The villa is stunning! Architecturally, amazing, lots of light and beautiful vistas from patio and second floor master. Plenty of room for three couples to spread out without tripping over each other! Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer...I could have moved in there and been happy forever! The pool was perfect, and just steps from the beach, where there are comfortable lounge chairs and palapas. Next door is Unico Beach Club, lovely spot for cocktails, botanas and Happy Hour. It was a wonderful place and I highly recommend it. Hope to return soon.
