Sleeping Arrangements

Duplex One – Unit A sleeps 8 with two queen beds in Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2, plus a queen bed topped by a single bunk above and a single trundle below. Unit B sleeps 5 with a queen‑with‑trundle in Bedroom 3 and a queen bed in Bedroom 4.

Duplex Two – Unit C sleeps 3 with a queen‑with‑trundle in Bedroom 5. Unit D sleeps 5 with a queen‑with‑trundle in Bedroom 6, a sleeper sofa, and a pull‑out queen bed in the living room.

Single‑Family Houses – Unit E sleeps 14 with a king bed in Bedroom 7, two bunk beds providing four single beds in Bedroom 8, and two bunk beds providing four queen beds in Bedroom 9. Unit F sleeps 6 with queen beds in Bedrooms 10 and 11, plus a sleeper sofa and pull‑out queen bed in the living area.



Outdoor Living

A generous yard stretches around the property, framed by mature oaks that offer dappled shade for morning coffee or evening barbecues. The open lawn invites games, picnics, and relaxed gatherings under the clear Pensacola sky.



Kitchen & Living Spaces

Each unit features a well‑appointed kitchen stocked with essential cookware and appliances, allowing you to prepare meals just as you would at home. Comfortable living rooms provide ample seating, and sleeper sofas add flexible sleeping options without compromising communal space.

The Neighborhood:

The home is tucked away from the street in a peaceful area with large oak trees in the Myrtle Grove neighborhood of Pensacola, Florida. Next door to the property is a children's school so you may hear them playing during the daytime hours.



The home is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants . We are a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach. If you'd like the inside scoop for additional local beaches, restaurants, and coffee shops we have a guidebook to provide assistance!



The city is a place full of friendly people. It is one of the rare cities that has a small town feel but there is always an event or attraction to enjoy.



Pensacola is one of americas oldest and most storied cities and is located along the gulf of Mexico with miles of white sand beaches.

There is a small private school next door. You may hear children playing during school hours.
