Welcome to our lakefront getaway on LAKE CONROE with a POOL!

This tranquil oasis is great for families or with friends for a private getaway to enjoy an extra special vacation on the water.

The sunsets are ABSOLUTELY STUNNING here and water views can be seen from almost every room. Gather around the glowing firepit under the stars, or enjoy some friendly competition in the game room. Get ready to make some special memories at our lakefront getaway!

THE SPACE
When you step inside, you will notice a bright, airy, and updated home designed with The open-concept living room features a plush sectional sofa, an electric fireplace, and large windows with beautiful views of Lake Conroe. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the main cooking items you'll need, highlighted by quartz countertops and stylish gold hardware.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
• Main Bedroom+Primary Bath: A relaxing sanctuary (lake-views!) with a King-sized bed, a 50-inch Smart TV, and a private, fully remodeled bathroom featuring a luxurious soaking tub.
• Second Bedroom: A cozy room with a comfortable Queen bed and lake views.
• Third Bedroom: Perfect for kids or groups, this room includes two twin bunks and two full beds, sleeping up to six guests. (Please note: this room can be tight for 6 adults).
• Hall Bathroom: A second full bathroom, recently remodeled with a quartz countertop vanity and a walk-in shower.

Outdoor Oasis & Fun:
• Private Pool: Cool off in your private pool. While not heated, its shallow depth helps it stay warmer during the spring and fall months.
• Lakeside Living: Enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table under a slatted awning or soak up the sun on the lounge chairs. In the evening, the firepit with six chairs is perfect for roasting s'mores.
• Game Room: The air-conditioned garage has been converted into a game room with a ping-pong table, foosball, and board games.
• Water Activities: Explore the cove with the two provided paddleboards. Life vests are available for your use.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have private access to the entire home, including the pool, game room, and fenced in yard (please note, the fencing does not extend across the lake line therefore parents must supervise children at all times). While the property does not have a private boat dock, you'll have convenient access to the community boat ramp located right next door, making it easy to launch your own boat or a rental.

Our home is located in a quiet, scenic area on Lake Conroe. You'll find local dining, groceries, and attractions just a short drive away.

HOUSE RULES/INFO
To ensure a safe and pleasant stay for everyone, please observe the following:
• For safety, children under the age of 6 are not recommended on the top bunks.
• Our pool is professionally cleaned on Friday afternoons. Please be aware that swimming may be unavailable for approximately one hour during this time. Plan your trip accordingly.

Other Details to Note:
Property is on the lake and has a pool, therefore you use and assume your own risk. The owners/host are not responsible for any injuries to guests. Guests are responsible for the safety of their families and invitees. There are inherent dangers in the surrounding area, including but not limited to snakes, spiders, mosquitos, undercurrents, bacteria or debris in the lake, risk of drowning, sudden storms, flash flooding, lightening. We cannot control the weather or lake water conditions. Please use common sense and follow all safety guidelines and laws. The guest assumes acknowledgement and understands these dangers upon reservation confirmation and is responsible for protecting themselves and all invitees at all times during their stay.
