From the moment you step into this home, you will feel the difference. From luxury bedding, to providing multiple coffee options, to the high-end touches, this home speaks elegance but in a relaxed, lakefront vibe way.

Walking up the main entrance stairs and through the door, you will be welcomed with immediate views of Lake Conroe through our many windows and glass doors in the main living room, dining room, and kitchen areas. Custom details throughout from wood ceilings, special moldings, and designer finishes makes this home truly one-of-a-kind with everything you need for a relaxing vacation and stay by the lake.

EXTRA ARRANGEMENTS/"5th" BEDROOM: The sitting room on the main floor has sliding doors you can close and create a 5th bedroom space with a very comfortable foldout couch (sleeps 2).

- we have a pack 'n play and highchair for ease of packing
- Reverse Osmosis Water on tap in laundry room for extra clean taste

PATIO: Our open-air patio has plenty of seating available and is two-levels. Adirondack chairs, a dining table table, and rockers are provided. We go above and beyond providing our guests with a pellet grill and pellets during their stay. Park your boat at our dock, OR we also have a boat and Waverunners available for rent by the day!

Each bedroom has its own unique wow factor. Please ensure you read the bedroom configuration to ensure it meets your needs. Each bedroom has a TV with Netflix and other streaming channels of your liking.

ESSENTIALS PROVIDED: Our chef's kitchen has high end appliances and is equipped with a toaster, blender, pots/pans, silverware & knives, plates, glasses, grilling utensils, wine glasses, salt and pepper, and more. We provide drip coffee, Keurig, French press with coffee, sugar, and creamer. We provide all linens, extra blankets, comforters, shower towels, hand towels, wash cloths, dish cloths, soaps and shampoo. We also provide toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish detergent. If you need anything else, a Walmart is 5 minutes away with additional items available to purchase.

You’ll have full access to the entire home and property during your stay. The spa is heated and ready for you to enjoy, and if you’d like the pool heated, that can be arranged for a small additional fee.

Love the water? The boat and wave runners on-site are available to rent at a special guest discount through a separate service. Just message us if you’re interested, and we’ll share all the details. If you’re bringing your own boat or jet skis, let us know — we’ll happily provide launch spots and trailer parking info!

Please note: if you’re not renting the boat and another guest has it reserved, the owner may need to stop by briefly to pick it up from the dock. He’ll do his best to make it quick and won’t interfere with your stay or use of the dock.

Because our property is on the lake and has a pool, you use and assume your own risk. Guests are responsible for the safety of their families and invitees. The owners/host are not responsible for any injuries to guests. There are inherent dangers in the surrounding area, including but not limited to snakes, spiders, mosquitos, undercurrents, bacteria or debris in the lake, risk of drowning, sudden storms, flash flooding, lightening. We cannot control the weather or water conditions, and we make no guarantees that the lake or the pool will be safe for swimming and recreation. Please use common sense and follow all safety guidelines and laws. The guest assumes acknowledgement and understands these dangers upon reservation confirmation and is responsible for protecting themselves and all invitees at all times during their stay.

Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a fee of $50 per night, per person. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 16 guests.

NOTE: We do not allow prom parties at this property, and any other private events require prior approval and additional fees.
