Bedroom configuration is king beds (one standard, one murphy) in the 2 small bedrooms, and 2 full size beds with pull out trundles in the large master bedroom. All mattresses are tempurpedic. The apartment has an 8 seat dining table, large kitchen, foyer, two showers with tubs, all major appliances, large TV, Amazon echo, high speed WiFi, and a washer and dryer. The building has full amenities including a 24 hour doorman, gym, playroom, and laundry room with larger washing machines. The neighborhood is an amazing spot to be for the summer, with the Hudson River and numerous parks at your doorstep, as well as Tribeca and Whole Foods across the street.

We are a clean and organized family with 3 kids aged 14, 10 and 7. This is our primary home. The building is smoke free; we do not allow smoking or pets.

$12,500 per month, includes all costs; rent, utilities, internet, and weekly cleaning. Monthly Parking spot also potentially available for extra charge.
