Condo fit our needs very well. Was not aware outside and inside maintenance would be going on. Pretty noisy the last couple days.

Property was beautiful and location perfect. Our only issues was very loud construction at the building next door and painting on the property that had us concerned we would not be able to checkout on time. Those are obviously rare occurrences.

Great place for our needs

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean, plenty of extra towels, it had just what we needed for our stay. Glad we were only there for the weekend. The building next door is being renovated and it was a lot of noise, but at the pool it was fine. The restaurants across the street had fabulous food, the market had a great coffee shop and deli along with everything else we needed. The staff was great and super helpful answering all our questions.

However, there was a major love bug infestation in the town that was very difficult to deal with. This happens end of April early May so plan accordingly. I wish I knew this

My son loved the heated pool in December and we were able to walk to many wonderful restaurants and shops during our stay! The condo had all we needed and was very comfortable!

Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay...The condo was spotless, had room for all our clothes and wasn't cluttered with decorative pieces that one has to worry about breaking...The kitchen was well organized with everything you could possibly need to cook...Again not too much stuff you had to dig through to find what you needed...Beach chairs and beach toys supplied...Have been renting beach houses and condos for 30 plus years..This was one of my favorites...We will be back.
