Enjoyed this beautiful location. A 5 min walk to private beach access. The pool and hot tubs were perfect to end the evening. 8 min drive to Harborwalk. I will definitely recommend for a family of 4.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place to stay. It was pet friendly and very clean. Loved the decor. All the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals. Balcony had a great view and the unit was surprisingly quiet at night being so close to the pool. You could easily walk to a couple of restaurants and it’s a very short drive to the grocery store. There is also a wonderful restaurant on the property. Security around the property is very good. There was some issues with the internet due to construction in the area. This is a second floor unit and I feel like some of the wood needs replaced on the steps.

It is a 5-minute walk from the gorgeous beach. It was clean, well-maintained, well-stocked kitchen, 2 updated TVs with both streaming and cable, and had a nice deck overlooking the pool and jacuzzis. The staff members in the office were friendly and helpful, and when the wifi was having some technical issues, the maintenance staff resolved the issues immediately. While walking my dog around the complex I enjoyed how friendly the vacationers and owners were. Bon Voyage!

The unit is a little older and could use a little TLC but clean and comfortable. I think being right by the pool might be a little noisy in the busier season but for this time of year it was a nice spot. The prices are good so overall good value.

Condo was nice enough, it needs a few touch ups but overall it was a pleasant stay. The balcony overlooked the pool and hot tubs. The grounds are well kept and felt safe to walk the dog around at night. Only complaint was the floors need a good scrubbing.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrible experience. Being going to same location every four July for the past 25 years . Dirty pool and Jacuzzi. Unkept pool area. Terrible attitude of employees front desk. Room ok. Not for the price charged. No door laundry area. Broken outlets kitchen area. Water dripping ac area. Taking shower was horrible since water not draining properly . Mold growing balcony area and entrance to room Had to take pictures emailed them so I wouldn’t be charged for already messed up items. Definitely was overpriced for what we got. Didn’t get what we paid for. We pay extra for the room beach walk for nothing since we couldn’t enjoy the pool. Was also closed the 4th and another day. Unit 9234 apparently remodeled does not show messed areas.

Upon arriving to our condo location in Destin, we could not ask for a smoother check in process. Everything went smoothly all the way through our entire stay with no glitches whatsoever. We would definitely stay there again.

We just walked down the stairs and walked across the street. Since the condo was in the front of the complex, we were on the beach in about 3 mins. The condo was very clean and as described. Check in was so quick, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Barry the owner was also very helpful and friendly! Thanks for a great stay!

Loved the short distance to the private beach

It was good. Loved the distance to the beach. Took us like 5 minutes to get there. The place was very clean and bed sheets were very white, which that’s very important to us. Love the floor. We always look for floor that has no carpet since it stays cleaner, and office was accessible. We enjoyed the grill, pool, balcony overseeing the pool. Loved the decor! We would give it a 5 star if on the kids top bunk bed had a rail. Unfortunately, my son didn’t sleep on top. It was dangerous even for an adult to fall over. He ended up sleeping with his grandma on the sofa couch. Also, we had a lot of trouble with the T V channels working. Thankfully the office came right away to fix it after 2 different people came. Sadly we couldn’t take our well behaved dog because she was passed the 30 pounds. Missed her a lot!! It would be nice if the owners had an umbrella and chairs as some other condos do. Also, if they could have more than 2 rolls of toilet paper.
