We've thought of every detail for your comfort: we provide clean sheets, soft bath towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Plus, for your beach days, we include beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cooler, and a cart to transport everything comfortably.

Guest access
As a guest, you will have access to the building's common areas, which include:
1. Free parking
2. Coin-operated laundry
3. Pool and surrounding tables, restrooms, and showers
4. Picnic area
5. Coin-operated snack machines
6. Elevator
7. Freight elevator
Pool Hours:
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please note the following:
1. Pool Hours: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
2. There are no lifeguards; your safety is important to us. Since there are no lifeguards at the pool, we ask all guests to be extremely cautious and assume responsibility for their safety and that of their companions. Although we do not have lifeguards on duty, for your safety and that of your loved ones, we ask that you locate the floating lifeguards upon entering the pool. They are an important resource in case of an emergency.
3. If you're coming from the pool or beach wet, or if you're carrying a shopping cart or beach gear, please use the cargo elevator. You'll find it at the exit to the parking lot, near the snack machine. It's the most convenient and appropriate way to transport your belongings, and it's allowed if you're wet or carrying heavy loads.
Quiet Hours:
1. We want you to enjoy your vacation to the fullest and feel at home. To ensure everyone's peace and quiet and out of respect for our neighbors (as well as VRBO's rules), we ask that quiet hours be observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During these hours, please keep loud and excessive noise to a minimum. Complying with this rule helps us avoid inconveniences such as reports to VRBO or possible fines. We appreciate your consideration.
Pipe Maintenance Schedule:
1. Every third Thursday of the month, the condominium performs water pipe maintenance from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM. During this time, water service may be affected.

Rules for a Perfect Stay
To ensure your time here is wonderful and respectful of everyone, we ask you to consider these simple rules:
Pets: We love animals! However, due to condominium policies, we cannot allow pets in the apartment. Thank you for understanding.
Responsible Environment: We want you to have fun, but safety and tranquility are key. Please, no drugs are allowed on the property. If you're enjoying drinks, please do so responsibly.
Safety First: When entering and leaving, always make sure your apartment door closes properly. This is for your safety and that of your belongings!
Safety Deposit Box: For your protection and ours, never share your digital room key with anyone outside your booking group.

Note: Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged directly.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Electrical Service
We want your stay to be as pleasant as possible, and that you to be fully informed. The condominium's communal areas have a generator, so the elevator, lights, and everything related to the communal areas will continue to work. Our apartment does not have a generator; however, for your convenience during a power outage, it is equipped with rechargeable lights throughout, portable battery-powered fans, and a battery to charge your cell phone multiple times.
As on any island, Puerto Rico's electricity service may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. Although power outages are rare, they are a possibility.
Refund Policy for Power Outages
If you decide not to continue your stay due to a power outage and request a refund, you must vacate the apartment, and we will refund you for the remaining nights of your reservation. It is important to clarify that we are not responsible for the difference in the cost of your new accommodation.
