Step outside to enjoy the expansive lower terrace with both dining and lounge seating. The fully equipped kitchen features Keurig and drip coffee makers, a blender, toaster and full cookware and utensils to make meal prep a breeze.

On the second floor, two spacious primary bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms, TVs, sitting areas, and access to the balcony—perfect for morning coffee, evening dining, or simply taking in the neighborhood views.

No pets, smoking, or vaping

$500 refundable damage deposit (returned after inspection)
Carillon Guest Registration Required (via website) – currently $35/family per stay (subject to change)
Bellview Park and Lake Carillon Pool (East side) are heated November - May
