📜 House Rules

Must be 28+ to rent, and at least one guest 28+ must stay the entire visit
No college or party groups
No smoking or vaping
No pets
“No Grouch” Policy — Only fun, kind beach lovers allowed 😃

💰 $1,000 refundable security deposit required — returned within 4 days if no damage.
☂️ Travel insurance strongly encouraged during hurricane season (June–September).
