Our home in the Animas Valley is located just 15 minutes North of historic downtown Durango and 15 minutes South of Purgatory Ski Resort, making it the perfect location for all of your vacation needs.

We are located across from James Ranch Market and a quick 5 minute drive to the Durango Hot Springs.

Enjoy a well appointed open living plan including the kitchen, dining room, comfortable living area with fireplace, and floor to ceiling windows. The home is perfect for families as it features 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms as well as a media / game room for fun and relaxation. The home is equipped with WiFi and Smart TVs where you can access your streaming account.
After a day of adventure, soak in the hot tub under the shade trees with views of the beautiful pond.
Or, relax and take in the beautiful views from the expansive patio with plenty of seating, an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill.
